
Cheesy Hummus Veggie Panini
With Cucumbers & Strawberries, Kashi, and Almonds
For dinner, I decided to make a panini (shocker).
- Put 1 tablespoon of Oasis Zero Fat Hummus on each slice of bread
- Add one slice of Ultra Thin Colby Jack Cheese to each slice of bread
- Add any spices you want (I used mixed pepper and red pepper flakes)
- Add Spinach and Tomato Slices to one slice of bread, then top with the other.
- Panini Away!
(If you don’t have a panini maker, you can replicate this through toasting the bread beforehand, then putting the sandwich together and putting it in the oven on broil until the cheese melts.)
I served this with sliced cucumber spiced with Garlic Mrs. Dash. I also had fresh strawberries, vanilla almonds, and Kashi Naturally Sweetened Fiber Twigs, Soy Protein Grahams, and Honey Puff Cereal.
