Cheesy Hummus Veggie Panini

With Cucumbers & Strawberries, Kashi, and Almonds


For dinner, I decided to make a panini (shocker).

  1. Put 1 tablespoon of Oasis Zero Fat Hummus on each slice of bread
  2. Add one slice of Ultra Thin Colby Jack Cheese to each slice of bread
  3. Add any spices you want (I used mixed pepper and red pepper flakes)
  4. Add Spinach and Tomato Slices to one slice of bread, then top with the other.
  5. Panini Away!

(If you don’t have a panini maker, you can replicate this through toasting the bread beforehand, then putting the sandwich together and putting it in the oven on broil until the cheese melts.)

I served this with sliced cucumber spiced with Garlic Mrs. Dash. I also had fresh strawberries, vanilla almonds, and Kashi Naturally Sweetened Fiber Twigs, Soy Protein Grahams, and Honey Puff Cereal.
