
Cheesy Scrambled Egg Bagel Thin
With Cottage Cheese and Bell Peppers & Frozen Grapes and Frosted Cheerios #Brunch
You’ll notice I make a lot of the same stuff in different ways. When it comes to eating healthy on a budget when you live alone, this is often the case. You get creative with what you know you like.
Today I made my scrambled egg with mozzarella cheese and mushroom. I then put it on a bagel thin with spinach. Of course, I used the panini. It ended up turning out really well. The cheese was gooey, and the spinach was just starting to wilt.
I served it with cottage cheese and sliced bell peppers. Then I had Frosted Cheerios and frozen grapes.
