Find any study on any given topic and it can either support your conclusion or debunk your conclusion: coffee is good for you, coffee is bad for you; eggs are bad for you, eggs are good for you; taking vitamins are good for you, taking vitamins are enriches your urine. As with any research, you either accept the study or you disavow the study. Everything is subjective and if you wait for it, there will be another study to contradict a previous study.
