merry-go-round horse
chases cotton candy clouds –
carousel of joy

fields of tomatoes
ripened and luscious red bulbs
voles and mice delight

Independence Day –
colt springs forth on own two legs
whinnying with bliss

woolly sizzling days –
first visit to babbling brook
brings relief to lamb

acrobatic bees
somersault through lawn sprinklers
feast on sweetclover
