How I Gained 487 Followers in One Day by Standing Up for Myself

Most of us writers have our superstitions. This isn’t that. This is pure cause and effect.

I wrote an article while standing up and it out performed all the others.

I could have packaged this hard won advice into an e-book or sales funnel or somehow monetized it, but in the spirit of sharing with all my fellow Medium masochists, I hereby set these findings free to fly to anyone out there with aspirations like mine.

Now, to be fair, besides standing up for the first time, I also changed a few other things about my writing routine on this particular day for this particular essay.

I wasn’t controlling all the variables as they like to say.

They being control freaks or scientists. Or my neighbor who insists his grass is greener than ours because he uses nutrients and controls the Ph balance of this is where I tuned him out.
