Yes, your Thinker, Listener, Talker analysis makes perfect sense. This is, in fact, one of the problems with personality profiles: many of these tools do not take into account the context. environment, the behavior of other people influence how we behave, so it is perfectly possible to be a talker in one and a thinker in another situation.

On daily rhythm: the only tool I found that works for me and my clients is: note it down throughout your day. I find it useful to track physical energy and motivation separately.

So you just create a table and every 30 or 60 minutes go in and evaluate your energy and motivation (e.g. from 1 to 10). After a week or 2, you should have a good overview of your daily rhythm.

If you want to find out what effect different activities have, you can also write down what you did in addition to the numbers for your energy and motivation.
