“My back hurts like hell, I don’t remember how and when did this start…”

Hi, there! 👋🏻

Did you remember what you eat last week? Maybe if it’s something special…but in your daily routine?

Charlotte, our user, doesn’t remember with details when and how his back hurts. When she can’t support de pain and had two free hours goes to her physiotherapist. She goes to her physio every 3–4 months. She spends about 15 minutes out of 60 of the session telling him how her back is hurting and how long but she has doubts. Besides, she doesn’t remember that three weeks ago she was having trouble with her piramidal muscle, a detail that could be important.

Charlotte — User Persona

That’s why fisiotrack is born.
Fisiotrack is a tracker of our muscle aches because, aAccording to physiotherapists, the intensity of pain is not the most important thing but how long has your muscle ached and if there has been something that has caused or aggravated it.

What do we solve with this app?

Save of time: No session time is lost to explain what hurts, what has been the cause and its evolution.
Efficacy: The physiotherapist, knowing your progress has a more accurate diagnosis, therefore, a better treatment.

USER JOURNEY

We did a user journey to identify the touch points for the app. We create two user journey, when the user has an active day and when he’s not. The user journey is useful for demonstrating the way users could interact with the app and understand user behavior.
