I often want to detoxify my mind from irrational, devaluing thoughts.

Negative self-assessments or stinkin’ thinkin’ roll like a murky mist in my mind during steam-of-consciousness daydreams or right before I fall asleep.

Changing these thought patterns could take time and effort. Ideas and thoughts often occur unexpectedly or unconsciously without effort. Controlling or turning off my consciousness is challenging.

Mental pictures can be compelling and are sometimes only logical.
