How about this Tuesday?

The Red Sox have made a splash, well, let’s call it a cannonball. There’s only one pitcher in the last five years with more strikeouts and a better ERA than Chris Sale — and that’s Clayton Kershaw.

Earlier today, we found out the Red Sox traded former Sea Dogs Mauricio Dubon, Travis Shaw, along with Single-A Pitcher Josh Pennington. Dubon spent most of last season with the Sea Dogs and shined at Double-A. Shaw really improved his career during the magical 2014 Sea Dogs season. I wish the best of luck to those two guys.

The big news happened around 1:11 PM today when Ken Rosenthal reported that Sale to Red Sox was a done deal. Here’s a great article on the complete trade.
