I disagree with you atomic analogy. People are not idealized atomic particles, obeying behavioral analogs of Newtonian Laws. Where physics seeks to abstract away contextual effects, human behavior is so complex that it does not lend itself to reductionist examination.

You might be interested in adding an understanding of human instincts to your model.
