Wantings and feelings are different.

You might want to work out at the gym, but when the alarm goes off? Maybe you don’t feel like it.

Sometimes we want things that we just don’t feel like.

Because our short-term feelings can get in the way of our wantings, we have to get better at managing our feelings to get more of the things we want.

Your success will always be capped by your ability to manage your own negative emotions.
