This is great ! I just posted an article on Medium discussing fear and how it drives our behaviors. I think our hyperconnected state leads us to a place where we are contantly comparing ourselves to the world around us, never just satisfied with ourselves and the place we are at. In essense we have become a ‘human doing’, almost mechanical, walking through life believing we are connected and free. The truth is we have become prisoners to everything around us, be it technology, work, sex, drugs, shopping, eating, relationships, etc There is nothing that is or will ever be enough to make us feel like we are enough. We are enough when we believe we are enough. This can only come from a place where at our core we beleive we are lovable, beautiful and deserving of of all that is good in this world. When we stop chasing what we think will make us whole and look within we have a chance at being enough. Thanks again for a great article !
