Want to accomplish more? Drink KetoneAid’s ketone esters

A few weeks ago I received an email from Frank Llosa, founder of Ketone Aid, asking me if I wanted to try his new ketone esters.

He’d found me after I posted a recent article on drinking ketones for productivity, so he knew I was a fan of this industry already…

But even though I’ve been on a ketogenic diet for years and experimented with various ketone products, I’d never heard of ketone esters before, so that made me reasonably skeptical.

I thought about just telling him no and sticking with products that I knew, but I was curious to see what a ketone ester even was…

So I decided to look into it a little more, and after researching this product for 15 minutes, I quickly realized why I’d never heard of this before…

BECAUSE IN THE PAST, IT COST $6,000 PER BOTTLE!

This quickly changed my mind and made me very excited to give it a shot, so I responded to Frank and within 3 days I’d received a brand new bottle of ketone esters.

I thought about drinking the bottle right away, but I was about ready to start writing a book and knew that if these were anything like ketone salts…

Then they’d skyrocket my productivity and be helpful for writing, so I decided to wait until then.

Fast forward 3 weeks and I was now ready to start writing my book….

And I wanted to start things off right, so on day 1 I quickly slammed the ketone esters and within 15 minutes, I can honestly say I’d entered the most productive time of my life.

The Benefits

I know some people take ketones to help with weight loss, and it does help, but I’ve always been a fan of ketones for the mental aspect of it.

It just seems like ketones make me smarter, as I have a significant increase in mental clarity and a noticeable difference in mental energy…

2 things that these ketone esters gave me, times 10.

What do I mean?

Well, I drank the ketone esters at 8:30 a.m., then started writing at 9 a.m….

And not only entered my “flow” state right away, but I also stayed in this state for 5.5 hours without having to take many breaks.

This allowed me to get more done in 5.5 hours than I normally do in 3 days, which was amazing by itself, but on top of this the quality of my work was great and didn’t require a lot of editing…

Which essentially allowed me to work for 6 hours and call it quits for the day, the results of an ultimate “productivity hack”.

Now all of this was amazing and I loved many other parts as well, like how I felt and all the energy I had (without the jitters)…

But in the spirit of fairness, there was a few downsides.

The downsides

Like any company that sends out a free sample, I knew Frank was asking me to try his product in hopes of getting a review…

So I wanted to be upfront with him before he sent it out, telling him that I don’t do paid reviews and that I was going to be completely blunt with this review…

Which, to my surprise, he responded with a simple — “That’s perfect!”.

Now this caught me off guard as I’ve had a lot of these companies retract their offer after hearing this, due to the fact that they’re new and want to avoid bad publicity…

But Frank even took it one step further and told me the 2 negatives I might notice:

  1. A lackluster taste (which wasn’t surprising, as I’d read old stories about how people thought ketone esters tasted like jet fuel), and how I could mitigate this by using sparkling water as an immediate chaser
  2. And to make sure my baseline ketone levels were less than 2 mmol, because if they weren’t, I could give myself too much energy and that may create withdrawal like symptoms (such as a headache)

I thanked him for his honesty and wrote down these concerns to make sure I avoided them on “experiment day”…

But I struggle with a form of “rebellious syndrome”, so when the day came I actually did the exact opposite of what I was supposed to do…

Drinking the entire bottle without a chaser as I wanted to see how it tasted (which it honestly wasn’t that bad, but if I had to do it again, I’d probably try sparkling water)…

And even though I didn’t test my blood ketones before taking the ketone esters, I was in ketosis for 32 days beforehand, so I could easily see myself being at a level of 2 mmol…

Which did give me a slight headache after they wore off in the afternoon, but I’ve done a lot worse with Jack Daniels, so I’ll definitely be doing this again…maybe just taking a little less next time.

(And if you’re not in ketosis or on a ketogenic diet, then this is something you shouldn’t have to worry about anyway).

Why I think every top performer should try them…

I don’t think it matters what app you use or how closely you follow the pomodoro technique, nothing outperforms a quality cognitive enhancer…

And as somebody who’s tried a lot of different products in this field, I can say ketone esters are one of the best products out there.

Not only do they fuel your brain with the ideal source of fuel (ketones), but they also skyrocket your productivity and give you the mental clarity to tackle any project.

My only regret is not writing this review sooner as I emailed Frank a few days ago, telling him I was getting ready to post a review and seeing if there was any specific page I could send readers to…

And that’s when he told me that they’d actually launched a recent Indiegogo campaign selling their limited stock at cost, and after reaching their goal in a few days, he doesn’t think the supply is going to be around for much longer.

In other words, if you’re interested in a quality cognitive enhancer that can skyrocket your productivity, I highly advise checking out their Indiegogo campaign — found here.

At a minimum, there’s a great video on there that explains how esters work in better detail…

And again, please remember this review was not paid for, nor did Ketone Aid have any say in what I wrote…

But they did send me an affiliate link (in which I’ve used), so I may receive compensation (hopefully more ketone esters) for referrals — although this has no affect on the price you pay.
