While this article has a number of good points, it also neglects to address a number of mitigating factors and holds the USA responsible for some results that are rightly the responsibility of some very amoral people. One of the problems that always plagues US foreign policy is the assumption that foreign leaders have a moral compass and will react predictably when pressured, instead of, for example, allowing children do die instead of caving to sanctions.

WiB should stick to military analysis and avoid policy analysis. The sort of yellow journalism you display on matters of policy erodes your credibility.
