I was a NetSuite developer working in a start-up-like corporation. In the past 2 years, I was promoted from a developer to a manager. It is a hard transition of mindset for me as a first-time manager. I am still not really qualified as a manager to my standard. One thing that I am proud of is that I keep growing and discovering myself. I found that I am a terrible presenter and writer. For the purpose of improving myself, I am starting to write about my journey. I prefer spending time on sharing or learning instead of building up meaningless performance PPT.

In order to train myself of writing or presenting, starting today, I am going to

  1. Write up my journey with NetSuite programming (which is I am kind of good at)
  2. Reading and learning how other people writing their story.

I sincerely appreciate people who criticize my writing or provide any suggestive feedback. At least you are spending time reading it and your feedback is helping me.
