Are you one of those idiots who still think Plessy v. Ferguson is still law? Do you not realize that stare decisis is not the law of the land. It is a generally accepted way of jurisprudence in the U.S. and no court is bound by the decision of another court. Otherwise Brown v Board would never have been allowed. Stop pretending you know anything about the Constitution. You claim to be the “justice editor” but apparently no learning about the law or the Constitution was required during journalism 101 and no knowledge of the law or the Constitution was required for you to land the job of “justice editor”.
