For anyone whose short on time, that’s all of us. For anyone who wants something good to make, here you go!

I made this dish for a guy I’m seeing not too long ago, and he was so impressed. To me, compared to how long it takes me to make something I was like “oh yeah… this dish? It’s just something I whipped up.”

Seriously he still talks about it. You should make it.

I can’t take credit for the risotto from Trader Joe’s but I will say, I added in cilantro… because I tend to add that to every dish. Sorry not sorry.

I also added chicken broth to this risotto mix instead of water. I’ve done both, and I find that chicken broth impacts the risotto with more flavor.
