On Running

Looking out my window while I study, I see an older man jogging. It’s odd to me to see such a thing because it is the middle of winter, I checked my phone to see if the temperature had risen only to find that it was 21℉ (-6℃) and feels like 10℉ (-12℃). I was perplexed at this man running now. Why do this to yourself? Why go out in these temperatures at all…
