Guys… you’re making a case against low carb diets. The Keto diet is an extremely low carb diet, <10% and an extremely high fat diet (>70%). A low carb diet is <40%. Furthermore, it is to be used therapeutically. Nobody tells you to go keto for the rest of your life. Also you should include the possibility of following a keto vegan diet.
