Guys… you’re making a case against low carb diets. The Keto diet is an extremely low carb diet, <10% and an extremely high fat diet (>70%). A low carb diet is <40%. Furthermore, it is to be used therapeutically. Nobody tells you to go keto for the rest of your life. Also you should include the possibility of following a keto vegan diet. Including oils with mono and poly-unsaturated fatty acids, avocado, cocoa powder, coconut, etc and high-quality pea, soy, hemp and pumpkin protein powders, nuts and seeds, and raw veggies.
