Scope makes it easy for brands to find influencers. Our mission is to make influencer search accessible to all brands worldwide.
In our monthly product updates we share what we have been working on the last month, and what’s coming up. The goal is to keep you up to speed with new features - to get the most out of Scope.

Tracking
Track profiles, Scope will track and detect when influencers do activity associated to your brand.
Posts with your brand will show up on the profile view under Tracking. Photo tags, post caption and hashtags will be taken into consideration when tracking. You can then click the image to get straight to the post on Instagram.
To activate tracking, first you need to let me know at sebastian@scopeapp.io. Once activated, Scope will track influencers that have a tag named Track. You’ll also see a Posted tag, that’s influencers you’re tracking that have posted.
Any mention searchable
Any mention is now searchable. It includes both photo tag and post caption. When searching on mention it will show the most loyal profiles first (with most mentions) to that brand.
Improvements
Lookalike
Lookalike has been used a lot since we released it last month (see Easter Update). In fact, more influencers have been found through Lookalike already than any other search query with mention or hashtag.
In case you missed it, Lookalike finds similar influencers based on your chosen profiles. If you pick small influencers with 1–5k followers, female, from a certain country — the result will only show similar profiles.
So we decided to make Lookalike faster and smarter. At first some Lookalike jobs took hours. It should now take on average 6–20min to generate a Lookalike-list.
Last but not least, improved nationality and gender coverage
We’ve improved nationality and gender coverage. We’ve increased nationality detection with 60%+. Gender is now detected on 95% of all influencers.
This means that you’ll discover even more new influencers in various countries.
