Hey Paul,
I sense that you feel that my article/vision attacks heart-working teachers. That is not what I intended to convey, so let me clarify: Dedicated teachers and other helpers will still be needed. I’m just saying that they can focus more on the personal relationship with their students instead of content creation which is an area where efforts should rather be pooled/concentrated instead of millions of teachers trying to find an incrementally better way to teach the same subjects while often not communicating with each other to find the currently best explanation or content that makes a topic approachable. VR is a great way to convey content and experiences in a scalable way. It doesn’t replace the playgrounds for little kids, but it opens up another one on a global scale for people of any age.
All the best
Sebastian
