We all get hundreds of e-mails in a week or even in a day which, most we don’t read or delete. There are also hundreds of reasons why we don’t give them necessary attention that this article is not about.

The good part for communicators or brand managers is that those e-mails are good source for understanding the trends, needs and management of brands’ e-mail communication.

One of the example that I really like is HayStack’s e-mails. They really solve a problem. To get to know what Haystack is, quote from their website:

Haystack is the award winning agency comparison site for clients seeking agency resources, where you’ll find inspiration, information and insights. We’re here to provide knowledge, know-how, news and informed comment in a reliable resource that never stops evolving. It’s fun to explore, easy to use and inspirationally informative

Their e-mails are so good & clean that I really am looking forward to see.

It’s actually just two links without any ads, pics etc.
