SER Token price increase from 29th of November
Dear Secretum community,
We are very excited to announce that we are updating our Token Sale Metrics because of a huge demand for SER, our commitment to rewarding early contributors, as well as incentivising the community and providing higher liquidity in the market. Shortly about the change:
Splitting the Private Sale round into 3 rounds with a price increase accordingly:
- Private Round 1. 10,000,000 SER tokens at a rate of $0.20. Deadline — November 29, 2021, at 22:00 UTC.
- Private Round 2. 4,000,000 SER tokens at a rate of $0.35. Deadline — January 25, 2022, at 22:00 UTC or before allocated SER Tokens are sold.
- Private Round 3. 3,000,000 SER tokens at a rate of $0.50. Deadline — February 28, 2022, at 22:00 UTC or before allocated SER Tokens are sold.
Increasing Public Sale rate to $0.7 due to market interest and reduced risk for smaller investors to take part in the sale. As well as, providing it with 10% initial release and 10% monthly vesting.
Allocating more tokens for Liquidity & Listing 25,000,000 SER tokens to boost the trading volume and price in the market.
Dedicating 26,000,000 SER tokens for Community incentivisation & Marketing will allow us to build a stronger community, attract a wider audience and sustain Secretum ecosystem usage.
TGE (Token Generation Event) will happen during the day of launchpad start on 2022.02.28 20:00 UTC.
These changes are made with crypto tokenomics advisors and launchpads & exchanges to match the market demand. The vesting schedule remains the same for Private Sale 20% initial release and 10% quarterly release after TGE.
Private Sale Round 1 will be closed on 2021.11.29 22:00 UTC. We will account for all the contributions made before the deadline for Round 1 allocations and after the deadline as Round 2 allocations.
Minimum investment at Private Sale rate: $5,000. USD = 25,000 SER tokens with a limit of $250,000. USD = 1,250,000 SER tokens.
