It’s hard to get help. And colleagues are one of the best sources for it.

It actually applies to every community. When I was studying, I worked at AIESEC (the world’s largest youth-run organization) and the amount of influence AIESEC has in my life is enormous.
After AIESEC, I joined Turkcell in Istanbul and now I’m working at LinkedIn in Dublin.
The people I got to know trough these organizations are some of the most influential people in my life.
I found my first professional job, I met my wife and I moved to another country with the help of those people.
So, why don’t we make it easier for colleagues to connect and support each other? Facebook or even LinkedIn doesn’t cut it.
