These thoughts on boldness as a value seem to crystalise elements of developing an ‘innovation-culture’, ‘ learning-culture’ or ‘coaching-culture’ in organisations.

The idea of “bringing your whole self to the situation and engaging fully with it” also chimes with concepts that extend work-life ‘balance’ into ‘integration’ or ‘fusion’.

Would be great to talk about boldness, specifically boldness in the civil service and its effect on collective performance.
