How to Get Started With SeedBox?
If you want to join one of the deals on SeedBox, but don’t know where to start, you’re in the right place. In this article, you will find everything you need to dip your toes into the exciting SeedBox journey! Find out how to register, complete KYC, stake and claim tokens, join deals on SeedBox, and more.
Creating a Wallet
Before you start using the SeedBox platform, you need to create a crypto wallet. For convenience and simplicity, we recommend setting up a MetaMask wallet. Find out how to set up a wallet here. Once you’ve created your wallet, access the main page and click on “Connect Wallet” to connect your metamask wallet and select the appropriate mainnet chain.
Registration and KYC
Once you have connected your wallet, you need to pass the KYC process via the BlockPass system, which takes several minutes to complete. Proceed to “My Account” and complete the registration process, you will automatically be redirected to the screen, where you will be requested to complete your KYC. Proceed with the KYC and complete it. Make sure to use the same wallet address for KYC, that you have accessed the SeedBox platform.
Before you can join any of our deals, you must verify your identity. This is done for security reasons and to comply with international Know your client and Anti-money laundering regulations.
N.B. It is not possible to complete the KYC procedure in the prohibited jurisdictions: Albania, Barbados, Botswana, Cambodia, China, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Iran, Jamaica, Mauritius, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, United States, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Apply for Whitelist
ATTENTION! Usually you’d be required to stake the SBX tokens to participate in the IDO deal, but SeedBox DOES NOT REQUIRE its users to stake the native tokens of SeedBox to participate in the deal. You just have to pay the commission (5% ~ 15%) in order to participate in the fundraising deal.
Once the KYC process is completed and your account has been approved, it’s time to select the deal you want to participate in and apply for the whitelist.
For each deal, we organize a whitelisting contest that requires our users to complete simple tasks (to follow the project on all social media channels, etc.) and provides the chance to get whitelisted for the deal that a user is interested participating in.
Candidates who are successfully whitelisted receive a guaranteed allocation in the upcoming IDO deal. Follow our Twitter, Telegram and other official channels to learn more about the upcoming whitelisting campaigns.
Swap tokens
Since you have passed the whitelisting procedure, you can proceed further to the swapping aspect. You can check your allocation when whitelist winners of the pool are announced. You can now select the pool for which you have applied whitelist successfully and open its details. You can see your allocation in the message on the header or Swap tab. You can search your wallet address by using the first or last 14 digits on the Winner tab.
PLEASE NOTE! You must connect the wallet address which you have used to apply to the pool’s whitelist.
When the list of winners is announced, on the pool detail: Make sure to check your wallet balance for the currency required by the pool and BNB (ETH/MATIC) for the gas fee as well before swapping.
After you have done this step, you just need to wait until the pool is open.
Approve
You need to Approve once (and only once) before you can start purchasing. Navigate to the Swap tab сheck your “Max Allocation” information. After your input the amount you want to approve the token will be automatically calculated based on the amount you input and the exchange rate. Confirm all the information and click the “Approve” button.
After confirming, you will see an option to view your transaction.
PLEASE NOTE! Make sure to check the current balance in your wallet. Yous should have ETH or BNB on your wallet to pay Gas fee. Your currency balance remains the same.
Swap
Following a successful approval, you can exchange tokens. Enter the amount you wish to spend in Swap section, then press the Swap button. Confirm the transaction in your wallet, then wait for the transaction to be mined. Deposit of Tokens Once your transaction has been confirmed and processed successfully, a notice will be shown.
You only need to wait for the pool time to end before you can claim and withdraw your purchased tokens, which you can verify on the Round Info Area.
Claim tokens
You can get your tokens after the pool swap time is completed.
