Understanding Utilities, NFT Gamification and Rewards in Seedworld’s Metaverse

We are excited to share the NFT gamification and rewards mechanisms today!
Staking your Seedworld NFTs (such as Mounts and Vanguards) offers a range of benefits, and maximizes the added value potential you get from your digital assets.
Once you stake your NFTs you will automatically start to earn Chest Points, which will earn you Mystery Chests and new rewards for free that you can utilize or sell.
Let’s unpack the mechanics and after that, the rewards (starting with an infographic summary and followed by a more detailed breakdown).
Chest Points (CPs):
When you stake your Mounts and Vanguards, you get Chest Points (CP) based on your specific NFTs.
- Each staked NFT has a different CP value associated with it.
- Rarer base models on Mounts and rarer skins on Vanguards, earn you more CP.
- For Mounts, the scale goes up like this: Deathrunner < Skyrider < Bloodmother Lady < Bloodmother Duchess < Bloodmother Queen
- For Vanguards, the CP scale will be according to the skin rarities.
- If you have multiple NFTs, you automatically earn more CP.
As the CP you get increases, you get more Mystery Chests.
Mystery Chests (MCs):
By accumulating CP, you get Mystery Chests which include rewards. You receive one Mystery Chest per day for every Chest Point you have.
The Mystery Chests themselves come in six different rarities; the higher the rarity, the better the rewards (*see table below):
- Common
- Uncommon
- Rare
- Epic
- Legendary
- Mythic

These Mystery Chests accumulate on your account, allowing you to open them whenever you want.
Opening a Mystery Chest brings different rewards depending on the rarity of the MC (Mystery Chest).
Luck Bonus:
Also, generating more Chest Points increases the luck bonus of obtaining higher rarity of Mystery Chests. The luck bonus is up to 20 Chest Points generation a day.
- There is no limit to how many Chest Points you can earn in a day, only the extra luck bonus (of what chest you get with CP) has a limit.
Mystery Chests Rewards and Ascension:
Mystery Chests contain a variety of rewards, including:
- Game Tickets (which will allow you to play Seedworld mini-games for more rewards)
- Amé (Seedworld’s virtual currency)
- NFT Seeds of different rarities (which will be required to open NFT Boxes, which are highly coveted rewards for the final event).
Chests of higher rarities have much better rewards; therefore, upgrading them rather than opening them immediately is the way to go!
Each 5 Mystery Chests of the same rarity type can ascend into 1 higher rarity chest.
Thus, even by collecting common chests and upgrading them, you can get to mythic chests.
Seedstones:
Seedstone (slots) that require time to “cooldown” once you open a Mystery Chest. The higher the chest you open, the higher the cooldown time.
However, you can reduce the Seedstone cooldown period with Amé. The cost-per-hour reduction is linear, with 10 Amé required to reduce the cooldown time by one hour.
Furthermore, you can purchase extra slots for opening Chests using Amé. The first slot is free, and subsequent slots come at a price. Once you open an extra slot it stays as an extra slot forever, you don’t need to buy that extra slot each time.
NFT Rewards:
In addition to the Chest Rewards, NFT Seeds offers the chance to get various rarities of items.
NFT Seeds are rewards from the Mystery Chests and are required to open NFT boxes which are the main staking event rewards.
By combining NFT Seeds of different rarities, you can open NFT Boxes; the rarer the NFT seeds, the rarer the NFT Boxes (there will be different NFT Boxes with different NFT rewards each season).
NFT Boxes contain a lot of unique rewards with different rarities, such as
Blueprints
- Limited Craftable Pieces: In-game Mounts
- Limited Mounts: Hot Air Balloons, Zeppelins, etc.
- Machines: For extraction and crafting
Equipment
- Wearables: Clothes, shoes, belts, hats, gloves, etc.
- Cosmetics: Glasses, smoking pipes, tattoos, etc.
- Special Tools: Axes, saws, pickaxes, fishing sticks, detectors, compasses, etc.
Core utilities
- Companions / Pets: Bots that do chores for you when you’re away
- Resource Lands: Land NFTs that will be the base of the economy in Seedworld
Special event items
- Keys: Giving you access to secret locations / in-game adventures
- Limited resources: In-game resources required that can only be obtained in events
Some items are available in limited sets, and you might encounter event keys that grant you access to secret locations and exciting adventures in the game!
Understanding the benefits of staking in Seedworld allows you to explore the full potential of your NFTs. You can gather equipment, resources, and blueprints before the game goes live, giving you a potential advantage in the economy.
For items you don’t want to keep, you can sell them in NFT marketplaces. Some items will be more limited and functional than others, thus worth more in value.
Mounts SNFTS Bonus:
As promised during The Mounts mint, as an extra, you’ll receive SNFTS tokens just for staking your Mount NFTs.
You can stake your Mount NFTs for up to 300 days, however, if you unstake your NFTs before the 300 days are over, you will only receive SNFTS rewards for the number of days staked. In addition, if you stake your Mounts until the end, you get extra rewards based on Amé according to what other stakers forfeited by unstaking early.
Amé:
The Amé you hold on your account at the end of the event will be transferred to your game account once the metaverse goes live. You can also burn SNFTS for Amé; the more you burn, the higher your bonus (this works off a sliding scale when the bonus is live).
Amé is like the gold of the Metaverse. It can also be sold to other players in exchange for cryptocurrency.
