An Idea.

Two years ago, I had an idea.

I wanted to start a hat company.

Old school caps with airport codes.

I had samples made and everything. Then, I got scared. I got scared of failing. I got scared of being stuck with inventory that I couldn’t move.

Over the last couple of years, other work has occupied my time and kept me busy, but that damn hat idea has been in the back of my head, just waiting to be brought to life.

A week and a half ago, I finally said, “Screw it. I’m going to do it. I’m going to take the plunge.”

Today, I officially launched AVI8, a brand that was born from a mutual love of travel and sports.

It is amazing to see the reception to the brand. It is amazing to have people excited to purchase a product that I am producing.

I am so incredibly thankful for each and every order that is placed, for each and every “Congrats!” text I receive, for each and every one of you that reading this.

Thank you.
