I love this idea. Very practical question: I’m curious how this weekly presentation fit in with your other team meetings?
On my small design team, for example, we’re doing a weekly check-in for sharing what we’re up to and housekeeping, and then another weekly feedback session where we go in-depth with one designer’s project. I’m reluctant to add another weekly meeting but I can see how beneficial a sharing session would be.
