The impact filter keeps the perspective simple. I feel it is an honest 1 minute self-talk that sets the baseline.

It is important to note that, while embarking on the designated task, one must not give in to the distractions around.

It's easier said than done. The mantra is practice, practice, practice till this habit becomes part of your consciousness.

The last step that I will like to add in the impact filter, is to reward yourself once the task is achieved.

It can be a favorite ice cream that you enjoy having or a 5 minute brisk walk in the nature.

Celebrating small wins, adds additional fuel to the self that is racing towards the chequered flag of the final lap.
