4 Steps to End Negative Habitual Thinking

It is always much easier to go down a mountain than to climb up it. Same goes with negative and positive thinking. It is a lot easier to think negatively than to think positively about any situation we face in life. However, over time and with lots of practice it is by all means possible to remain positive in any situation in life. One thing that helps me remain positive is first listing all the negative things about a situation, then I list all the positive things about the same situation. Over time the list of positive things started increasing, I was able to find positive solutions faster and now I do not have to write a list.
