- 60 sec Bear Crawl
- 60 sec Dolphin Pushup
- 60 sec Pistol Squats (the video shows various levels of difficulty)
- 60 sec Plyometric Hip Dips
- 60 sec Pike Pushups
- 60 sec Mountain Climbers with Twist
- 60 sec Rest. Then REPEAT circuit 1x.
