I deliver this podcast with a heavy heart. Tulsa, Oklahoma USA police officer, Betty Jo Shelby was acquitted of murdering unarmed Terence Crutcher. America is now, without question, a scary place for black people and other people of color. Maybe it has always been.

All I lost while this has been going on was a cellphone and $7. With that reality in mind, and the constant reminders I make to myself, every time I step out of my front door, I make a major life decision.

Out in Portland, Oregon USA, Black Lives Matter. I guess that’s how you gettin’ down. I’m forty, man, I’m tryna survive now.
