TO BE A LEARNER MEANS TO BE A LEADER; EXAMPLES FROM EDHI SIR LIFE

Mr. Edhi’s gesture of putting his words into actions is an inspiring example for me to follow. There always a lot of ideas, a hotchpotch of opinions in my mind. They are only workable via walking the talk. I also believe on taking actions for whatever goal I have to accomplish. Its my belief that arduous efforts lead us to success. Like Mr. Edhi, I am also of the view to speak less and work more in order to fulfil our goals ; as his father guided him. The struggle in life by trying to do things for welfare are always a motivation in themself.

Social genius is a basic life skill that i always think as most basic in grooming a personality. That’s why I always tried to develop it. In the past I wasn’t well aware of its importance and didn’t find means to achieve it.

Its just a phobia inside me as well as my personality is developed in such a way that I was unaware of the significance of such skills. Then, via motivational videos I come to know of its importance in work place. I just feel it great to work in a team because it allows me to evaluate myself more by opinions of my fellows. I met my fellows to develop it in an effective way. The next step is to try more to develop this skill. I would put my utmost efforts alongwith the support of my amal fellows to improve all basic skills particularly this one.
