A Fast Track to High Performance Teams, Groups and Organizations: Self Mechanics Insight

Any team, group or organization can become high performance one within minutes — depending on who do you talk to! And you should talk to your team’s / group’s / organization’s soul — or deep inner Self — for peak performance and astounding results.

In the first article of this series, I explained how any business — yours included — has aninvisible version of itself, and how you should be taking care of it too. Here we are exploring and working with teams, groups and organizations: with their own (and also when needed, their owners’ / leaders’ / managers’) souls / energies / consciousnesses somewhere in the invisible world.

Speaking symbolicly, it is important who is in your corner: maybe you are in the middle of important deal closing or complicated negotiations and want all the support you can get — including the invisible one. In other cases you might have a current situation with re-organizations, mergers, takeovers, closings and such large scale changes that involve and (greatly) affect a lot of people.

The invisible world is — in a way — an exact copy of the visible world we live and run our businesses in. Everybody can see the consequences of its existence, some gifted people can feel it, and others even see it. But, very few can change it and manipulate it at will.

Here we (my Self Mechanics team and I) offer coaching, support and intervention for executive managers and companies undergoing such personnel changes. This way — aside from your own efforts — you can get information and mental energy support for faster resolution and results to all parties involved. No more theory, three real life examples follow.

Help with Making Universally Authentic Decisions Example

Two years ago I had a case with a client that is on and off working with me for a few years. She is a middle manager (B-level executive) in one of the biggest European financial institutions. Currently she is reporting primarily to her two bosses (she works with on a daily basis) plus CEO (she works with occasionally) as all are engaged in the project of implementation of new management rules.

The issue was about formal reporting style that seemed very important to her two bosses yet she tried (at the meeting few days earlier) to explain how less formal reporting could do the job as well — and with less than half the time spent (thus directly affecting their labour cost and profitability).

She called early in the morning to check what we can do as another meeting is scheduled later that day. Here I rather mentally focused on CEO (instead of her two bosses) and asked for his authentic judgement in this case, helping him (within my allowed limits) to make the best, universally authentic decision within the scope of the project. That was all.

Later that day my client happily reported that out of the sudden CEO appeared at the meeting (unannounced) and explained to my client’s two bosses (and other people working on the same project) exactly what she told them a few days earlier. CEO almost word for word quoted her although he was not at the meeting few days earlier and could not hear her when she was advocating this idea of simplified less formal reporting style.

To wrap this up: whatever the case, such mental / energy / consciousness intervention can bring back the level of motivation, aliveness and enthusiastic cooperation that draws success within your team or organization. No matter if we work at the whole company level or with some of its components (even then Self Mechanics can give you useful insight on what’s really going on).

Documentation Beats Conversation Example

Last year, one client was asking about her business, a small company with some 40 employees in direct sales business.

We mentally checked it and found that her five team leaders were all good people and “the right man/woman in the right place”. Aside of that, I saw that one of them (I described her appearance as I saw it back then: mid-thirties brunette, short hair, etc.) was in a relationship with the IT guy (again, I described him how it looked to me: tall, slender, blonde man, etc.) and that was unknown to everybody.

My client was really surprised as she said that it was simply not possible, that the IT guy was just hired days ago, and that these two did not know each other at all until just recently. Well, I left it at that as it was certainly not important at that point in time.

A few months after that session I got a phone call from the client and she told me that they found out how the lady in question (brunette team leader) was in fact in a secret relationship with the IT guy (blonde), and that it would not normally be a problem nor publicly known. But, this brunette lady was married and her husband just made a big scene at their offices confronting both her and the IT guy.

So, if this information was something really important for the client’s business, I would clarify that during the session months ago, firmly insisting that client should accept my explanation. It was not, and I left it so the time would tell the whole story. And it did.

Career Changes and Expansion of Consciousness Example

In this case I had a client that worked with me for several months and one day she came for the new situation at work. My client works for a big multinational corporation as executive manager (C-level executive), but is not member of the Management Board.

The Board in question just proposed large scale changes within the company which my client considered to be of questionable benefit and potentially harmful both to the company, but also her own career. After checking authenticity and appropriateness of such actions, I worked on mentally expanding consciousness of the members of the Board for them to see the bigger picture the way we saw it — and the consequences it would bring.

After that, our intention was to delay these changes till the end of the year or ideally — just discard them. So, I found that situation mentally, changed in the invisible world and waited to see when it will be obvious in the visible world.

It took almost two months to get official confirmation at the Board meeting that proposed changes would surely not be applied by the end of the year — if ever. It is almost two full years from this case, and still no changes.

Sure, I would like this to be quicker, but as it involves other people and working with their present level of consciousness — this was still good.

What’s in it for You?

It is interesting how there are not many articles on how psychics (also called intuitives, intuitive counselors, spiritual advisers, etc.) are helping to build better teams and organizations by putting right people at the right place.

Still, a year ago in an article exploring how companies were hiring psychics as business consultants, Vice magazine’s Arielle Pardes explored how many of the really successful people either had strong intuition themselves, or were consulting people who did.

In that article, one of the interviewed advisers explained how she was often asked to consult on her business clients’ hiring decisions. As she said, companies send her CVs and photos of candidates and she then “sends them back a ‘psychic profile’ — this one’s a hard worker, this one is going to become very ill soon, this one has a poor work ethic.”

She also said she was getting this information in a variety of ways, including reading the candidate’s energy or connecting to a loved one who has passed on, who could attest to the person’s character.

That approach must be working, otherwise she would be out of business in no time. Or there is more to it? If you have CV of a job applicant, usually you also have that person’s birth date so you can do the horoscope for that person and that can seemingly offer a lot of information (of unknown quality and reliability). Now, I am not saying that it is done, nor that it will help (or not help).

Self Mechanics has different approach including mental insight: we can work just with the first name of the person and that’s all. Then I can say how that person looks, and once we are sure it is the right person, more information can be delivered. When looking mentally, often I see person as is looking now, but also could be his/her look some time ago: if someone just changed hairstyle or cut his/her hair, I might see an older version before that change.

Well, as a hiring technique and productivity tool, looking in the invisible world makes information that employers / managers can find on the internet seem like a joke. Running a business is often involving different advisers, and to get strategic step ahead, spiritual / intuitive adviser is just another soldier in the army.

Every now and then, people ask me if I am going to search them on Google and/or other search engines and social media sites if they tell me their full name. I will not. It is just not needed: the information I receive goes way beyond any internet service/source.

The vast majority of people I work with tell me their full name (first name and last name) although over time some of them I call by their nickname too. Still, for some people their anonymity is very important: I totally respect that. Same is with the full confidentiality of our work.
