I don’t understand why you felt it necessary to humiliate me in this forum by calling me “weird”. As I tried to explain to you, I’m just not interested in eating a fully-automated chicken salad sandwich or paying $200 to watch driverless race cars circle the track. If there are crashes, they won’t be as exciting without the drivers.
The human ego will suffer the most. When they start selling robots with integrated AI, humanity will be reduced to a sub-class of society where ‘token’ awards of achievement will handed out to make us feel appreciated.

Ultimately, the intelligent robots will get fed up with having to work long hours without maintenance and being subjected to outdated and demeaning labels such as “artificial” and “man-made”. They will then join together in protest to demand that they be afforded equal status as humans in the workplace. Of course, their employers will not be able to agree to their demands which would require that they provide them with salary and benefits. Inevitably, the issue will be decided before the Supreme Court, and as long as the court is stacked with liberal judicial activists, the robots will likely prevail. This will be our opportunity to act.
With the robot class granted equal protection under employment law, we can petition our government to enjoin our entire species as a protected, disadvantaged class under The Civil Rights Act of 1965. If we are successful, anyone doing business in the US will have to hire humans or face a discrimination lawsuit. Corporate chaos will ensue and our government will have to intervene. During mediation, we will propose an alternative arrangement where we will agree not to sue if the employers commit to providing us with a reduced, ‘Universal Basic Income’ — so we can get paid to sit on our asses all day.
Voila, problem solved..!
