We marched to save our country from a maniac and a traitor and it seems to be working.

You have confirmed the essential point of my response to Ms. Handler’s article, which was that her explanation for participating in the march, “to demonstrate respect for our freedom, human rights, safety and health”, was patently dishonest.

It was apparent to anyone paying attention that the intent of the “Women’s March” was to voice displeasure and discontent with the outcome of the election and Donald Trump’s ascendancy to our nation’s highest office. Even the name, ”Women’s March”, was an insult to the collective intelligence of Americans since it excluded the millions of women who voted for President Trump.

Whoever was responsible for naming the event the “Women’s March” should be credited with creating the largest and most ineffective deceptive marketing campaign in our nation’s history. No one bought it. A more appropriate name would have been “The Women Who Hate Trump March” or perhaps, “The March for Sore Losers with Vaginas”.
