Sender Wallet Announces Seed Round Financing from Binance Labs and MetaWeb Ventures

Sender Wallet announced its seed round financing from Binance Labs and MetaWeb Ventures today. The investment will help the Sender team to expand its R&D personnel, build global communities and accelerate its ecosystem growth.

Sender Wallet is a non-custodial wallet built on NEAR Protocol. Its one-stop wallet management solution supports a variety of built-in features such as send/receive, instant swap, NFT gallery, and staking.

Currently, Sender Wallet’s browser extension has supported four mainstream browsers: Chrome, Brave, Edge, and Kiwi, integrating top projects across the NEAR ecosystem. Through its browser plug-in, users can enjoy a seamless experience exploring the NEAR Dapp ecosystem.

In the near future, Sender will release the following upgrades:

Strengthening security level.

• With SlowMist’s security audit in April, Sender will work with well-known security audit companies to jointly create a blacklist of fraudulent and suspicious addresses/accounts on NEAR. Meanwhile, Sender will add integration to hardware wallets like Ledger in the next version.

Releasing native mobile wallets for Android and iOS.

• Sender will release mobile wallets for Android and iOS in Q2 2022;

Aurora & Multichain Support.

• Sender plans to support Aurora and other EVM chains starting in Q2 2022

Integrating more NEAR ecosystem DApps
