In October, Sending Labs, the team behind SendingNetwork, successfully closed a $20 million seed round. This funding round was backed by prominent investors, including Balaji (Ex-CTO of Coinbase) from Network State, Erick (Ex-Binance Research) from Nomad Capital, Gabby from YGG, and notable firms such as SWC Global, Symbolic Capital, Galxe, Insignia Ventures, and Mindworks Capital.
Understanding the Nodes
SendingNetwork’s infrastructure relies on a robust system of nodes to ensure seamless communication. There are three types of nodes:
- Edge Nodes: These nodes relay messages during the communication process.
- WatchDog Nodes: These nodes monitor the performance of Edge Nodes, ensuring their reliability.
- Guardian Nodes: These nodes oversee the performance of both Edge and WatchDog Nodes, maintaining the integrity of the network.
WatchDog Node Sale Details
We are excited to announce the sale of WatchDog Nodes, scheduled to launch in May. There will be 80,000 WatchDog Nodes available, with node rewards comprising 12% of the total $SEND supply. The nodes will be sold through a tiered pricing structure, ranging from $500 to $2311. Detailed pricing information can be found here.
Early Deposit Program (Warmup Campaign)
In anticipation of the WatchDog Node sale, we are launching an Early Deposit Program. This program offers a unique opportunity to secure early access to the node sale. After securing your early spot, you will only need to pay the remaining balance during the public sale. The details are as follows:
- Supply: 3,000 spots available.
