Importance of technology for our future
What’s mean by technology? technology means the application of scientific knowledge, machinery for practical purposes, in day-to-day life and especially in industries. In other words, technology helps to improve the quality of our lives by improving efficiency and accuracy of our day-to-day activities. Let’s see how technology makes our lives easier.
In production companies and industries, they require to mass produce products to meet up with the growing market. In traditional production methods, large number of workers worked for hours and hours to meet the above production requirement. But with the use of technology with “Information and Communication technology”, industries were able to produce above stock with lesser human interaction and within less time period with much accuracy. And these production techniques keep updating resulting growth of industries.
In schools with the use of smart boards, teachers are able to provide students with interactive content, videos, encouraging them to pay attention in the class and as well as to understand the content better. Also, it’s possible to provide support for students with learning disabilities to learn much easier by using special learning technologies for them. Also, distance learning was made possible with the utilization of technologies such as Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, etc. As a result, in education technology is an essential aspect.
Also, in the medical field technologies play a major role. Some impossible medical procedures were brought to life using these technologies. Several latest techniques such as MRI, CAT scan, etc utilize these new technologies. Now a days operations are also carried out using computer related technologies. And in future we will be able to see a much-improved medical sector because the technology keeps rapidly updating with time.
We can’t forget about technology when talking about agriculture sector too. Green houses which are able to control moisture, humidity and other environmental factors to support plant growth was a reality because of new technologies. By changing DNA and genes of plants we are now able to produce plants which can withstand pests and harsh environmental conditions and as a result we are able to reap a much bigger harvest.
Before 2000 people didn’t even know about the internet much, but now a days just after a decade, people can’t almost anything without the internet. Smart phones and high-end computers, laptops, which were just theories back in the day are common among people now. Artificial Intelligence, automated vehicles, smart homes, Robot assistants, etc, which were totally new ideas back then, are there among us today in just a matter of years. As a result, we can expect to witness things that we never imagined possible in future thanks to these technologies.
According above information we can see that technology is an undeniable aspect of human lives and we can’t live a normal without technology these days. And this technology will keep improving day by day and keep improving our lives with it. So we can say that “technology is very important for our future”.
