This is a fun meme. The second background picture (with the Taj) is somewhat historically accurate with the foreground words, “Strong men create good times”.

This caught my eye.

The rest of the background pictures and the words match somewhat.

Here is my attempt at explaining the background pictures and how they relate to the rise and fall of the Mughal Empire in India.

Picture 1 ( 1520s )
This background picture shows invasion and conquering of India by Babur in 1526.

Hard times because Babur was driven out of Central Asia and great because he built an empire that lasted over 300 years.

Picture 2 ( 1620s)
The second picture shows Shah Jahan and the monument Taj that he built for his beloved Mumtaz Mahal (the lady on the right).

Shah Jahan’s period is considered the height of the Mughal Empire, good times indeed.

Picture 3 ( 1700s)
Weak men sitting around and smoking a hookah?

The decline of Mughals and the hard times started with weak men like Bahadur Shah I in the early 18th century.

Picture 4 ( 1850s)

There are some redcoats in there, this could be the 1857 Indian Rebellion. the Mughals lost and British Raj was established.

These are based on my memory of high school history classes and the Wikipedia entry below.

Enjoy!
