It’s a positive step that the Ghaziabad move Authority (GDA) has introduced an online marketplace for the selling of unsold properties under the First Come First Serve housing plan. The pricing of the project’s available flats range from Rs 5.7 lakh for EWS households to Rs 69.42 lakh for a three-bedroom unit.
