While most people are used to the conventional way of smoking weed, just rolling it in some paper and you are good to go, there are several other good ways that you can use to smoke pot. Among the aggressively efficient modes of smoking marijuana is using pipes which are also often called marijuana bowls. There are also other pot accessories that you can use to effectively get that experience. Keep reading to discover the various types of weed pipes and other marijuana accessories.

Here is a list of the different weed pipes and accessories;

Vaporizers;
This is an accessory that you put the pot inside, and after heating up, the weed ingredients vaporize. An advantage with the vaporizers is you inhale the vapor, not the smoke and this makes the experience even healthier. Again, while using a vaporizer, you will only require small amounts of weed to get high. An example of a vaporizer is the Volcano vaporizer. However, due to their excellent efficiency, vaporizers are quite expensive.

Bongs;
A bong is a kind of air-tight water pipe that is mainly used to pass the weed smoke through water. This is to get rid of any particles or toxins that you would otherwise inhale. As a matter of fact, bongs are science-backed with studies reporting that this water filtration is a possibly efficient way of minimizing exposure to cancer-causing substances.

Hookah;
While it works almost the same way as the vaporizer, the hookah is multi-stemmed hence it can be used by several people simultaneously. Weed is placed in a small bowl at the top of the hookah and covered with foil. The pot is then lit, and the smoke bubbles through the water at the base of the hookah as users smoke it out.

Bubblers;
They are mainly made of glass and are smaller that bongs. They also use water, cleaning your weed smoke before you can inhale it. They usually come with built-in bowls that provide a place to put your herb. They also have carbs with which you can control the airflow into and out of the bubbler.

The fact these weed pipes are small makes them portable and very easy to conceal. They come in different types;

i. Sidecar bubblers include a sidecar mouthpiece that usually branches off moving on at an angle instead of going straight up the top. This design eliminates any chance of water leaving the chamber and also prevents splash back.
ii. Double bubblers contain two chambers each with its percolator. They have a dual perc system resulting in a satisfactory level of filtration.
iii. Pendant bubblers have a string and a notch that make them unique in the sense that they can be worn as necklaces.

Other types include the hammer bubblers, concentrate bubblers, and the Sherlock Bubblers.

Gas masks;
This is another weed accessory. It works very simply. You only attach the mask to a bong, and none of the smoke will escape.

The Chillum;
Traditionally used in India, a chillum are small conical weed pipes that bring all that hot smoke directly into the mouth. Manufacturers often use stone, wood, and glass in making them

Fold-able weed pipes;
This type of weed pipes is made from flat metal or wood pieces that easily slide and fit together. The manufacturers make them with storage and stealth in mind. Surprisingly, there are fold-able pipes that are made using magnets and can be disassembled.

Most weed accessories are pipe-like because the basic idea is to help the user smoke or inhale. The pipes fall into four main groups

• Wooden pipes. The smoke from wooden pipes is slightly milder than that of metal pipes. This is because there is more tar sticking to the wood.
• Metal pipes. They are durable. They hardly crack and are easy to clean.
• Glass pipes. They are usually very colorful but tend to discolor after a long while probably due to the tar in the smoke. They often heat up slowly and are relatively cool.
• Stone/ Ceramic pipes. They usually deliver very cool smoke, and they slowly heat up. Ceramic ones are more stable compared to stone ones.
