Great post Kamil! We are a small delivery company in Canada & also starting on this challenge. Just wondering if you could share a bit about resources, in terms of computation, are you using cloud? what sort of services? that would help us greatly to have some idea of what other folks are doing in the industry as there are so many options to go with & can be confusing.
