Kate, you’re easily among the best proponents for an intervention. On many levels your logic can’t be faulted. But then you say things like this:
“We should act as we should always act, only in the interests of the Syrian people, and the refugees caught up in this terrible conflict.”
Actually, we don’t end up talking about Libya usually because those proposing intervention in Syria completely ignore that it even happened. So kudos on that score for engaging.
