So it begins. This crazy journey called cancer. Quite humbling to now be the patient, and no longer the doctor. Ronin was the one that decided to title this saga, appropriately, “Booby Trap.” I just received the diagnosis of breast cancer. Shocking, to say the least. But bottom line is, “ain’t nobody got time for that.” Good news is that it looks like it is early, and treatment is pretty straightforward: surgery. But what I am most overwhelmed by is the amazing arsenal of friends and family that surrounds me. This is my weapon, and why I will beat this.
