There is no many things to say. Simplistcally you should

  • be little selfish
  • stop overthinking
  • avoid negative people around you
  • focus on what you like ( go to cafe by yourself and read- smoke sisha-watch etc )
  • find a hobby and improve yourself ( depends maybe 2–3 )
  • love someone
  • read your holly book ( you don’t have to belive in something )
