There is no many things to say. Simplistcally you should
- be little selfish
- stop overthinking
- avoid negative people around you
- focus on what you like ( go to cafe by yourself and read- smoke sisha-watch etc )
- find a hobby and improve yourself ( depends maybe 2–3 )
- love someone
- read your holly book ( you don’t have to belive in something )
