Recently I have very often found myself in the position of explaining UX and it’s importance to skeptical managers and developers. Since I can become very chatty when I am exited, I tended to babble for 15 minutes straight before I realized that management is probably asking for a management summary (autch). I am willing to bet that you in your daily life encounter feeling annoyed or stressed out because of an interaction with your environment. For me, it is the daily struggle of not getting a concussion while cooking. This might sound like I participate in a very exciting way of cooking, but unfortunately, my cooker hood is just not set up for the average tall Dutch female. Basically hiding in my blind spot waiting to poke me in the head with its sharp corners.
