I am a mental health advocate, birth professional, and marketing professional. I write for an array of online publications such as findrecovery.com, addictiontreatmentmagazine.com, and hypnobirthing.com.

Through watching and hearing about the struggles my parents faced with addiction and with maternity care, I developed a strong passion for these subjects.

I have my Bachelors in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida with dual concentrations in Biological Sciences and Social Behavioral Sciences. During my time at USF, I took courses on maternal and child health, as well as substance abuse and addiction treatment.
