At Microsoft Ignite 2023, we’re thrilled to announce innovative enhancements across Microsoft Copilot— an AI companion that spans all our platforms. Whether you’re browsing the web, working on your PC, or collaborating at the office, Copilot adapts to your context and delivers the right skills when you need them.

Copilot for Everyone:

Microsoft is committed to democratizing AI, and soon there will be a Copilot for everyone and every task. On November 1, 2023, Copilot for Microsoft 365 became generally available for enterprises. Notable customers like Visa, BP, Honda, Pfizer, and Chevron, along with partners such as Accenture, EY, KPMG, Kyndryl, and PwC, are already embracing Copilot.

Productivity Boost and Creative Power:

New Work Trend Index data reveals that Copilot significantly enhances productivity and creativity. Here’s what users are saying:

• 77% of people who’ve used Copilot don’t want to give it up.
• 70% find Copilot makes them more productive.
• 68% report improved work quality.

In our experiments, users were 29% faster overall across various tasks and caught up on missed meetings nearly four times faster. The age of copilots is here!

Updates to Copilot Line-Up:

We’re simplifying the user experience to make Copilot accessible to everyone. Bing Chat and Bing Chat Enterprise now seamlessly transition to Copilot. It retains foundational capabilities like answering questions, content creation, and data reasoning. Plus, it’s always grounded in the latest web information.

When you sign in with your Entra ID, Copilot ensures commercial data protection. Your chat data remains private — Microsoft doesn’t access it, and your data isn’t used for model training. Importantly, Copilot for Microsoft 365 inherits your existing security, privacy, identity, and compliance policies. It’s enterprise-grade, logically isolated within your Microsoft 365 tenant, and under your control.

Introducing Microsoft Copilot Studio:

At Ignite, we unveiled Microsoft Copilot Studio, a low-code tool to customize Copilot for Microsoft 365 and build standalone copilots. It empowers you with powerful conversational capabilities, including custom GPTs, generative AI plugins, and manual topics. Now you can tailor Copilot to your specific needs.

DALL-E 3 Model for High-Quality Images:

Copilot now leverages the DALL-E 3 model to create even higher-quality images. Whether it’s for presentations, articles, or social media, Copilot generates visuals that align perfectly with your prompts. Try it out at https://bing.com/create
